  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, please contact us if you are arriving after 5pm.

  • Do you have car parking on site?

    Yes, in close proximity to room.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

     Yes, all rooms at Smart Stayzzz are non-smoking.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    No, but we have chargeback arrangements for dinner with local Restaurants and we are in easy walking distance to Hotel and the Chinese Restaurant.

  • Do you have internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, we offer free WiFi internet to all of our rooms.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a garden BBQ area

  • How close are you to the shops?

    We are located next door to IGA.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    Clermont Motor Inn (directly opposite) has a Licenced Restaurant and Bar.  There is a new trendy Coffee Shop just opened 3 doors up.  We have 4 hotels within walking distance.  There is a Chinese Restaurant at the Grand Hotel and another A la-Carte Restaurant in town.  Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

  • Do you have Austar?

    No - All rooms have Smart TV's. We have 36 Channels of Televsion and Free WiFi and flat screen TV.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    24 hours notice required to avoid a cancellation fee of one nights accomodation.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking.

  • Do you have a gym?

    No but there is a fully equipped gym within easy walking distance from Smart Stayzzz.

  • What else can I do in Clermont?

    Clermont boasts a fantastic swimming centre, a golf course, and gym.  Hoods Lagoon; with a 2km walking track, picnic & BBQ areas and large children’s playground; is located near the entrance to town. Theresa Creek Dam is 22kms from Clermont towards the gem fields and offers swimming, boating, BBQ, picnic area, playground and Coffee Shop.
